First of all, I don't know what is more useless, the SEC or a congressional investigation.
SEC says they do not know what happened when the markets crashed and then recovered, but we are putting procedures in place to prevent it from happening again. Isn't that like closing the barn door after all the horses ran away?
Put the SEC on the same bus with the UN and run it into the ocean!
